This kit focuses on the differences between Insects and other Arthropods. There are 6 specimen blocks in this package. Specimens are preserved and encased in clear resin material. They can be observed from every side to see details! Specimens include: Ant (Pheidologenton latinodus), Yellow Jacket Wasp (Vespa mandarina), Antler Horn Beetle (Dicranocephalus wallichi), Scorpion (Mesobuthus martensii), Spiny Spider (Gasteracantha hasselci C.L.KOCH), and Crab (Eriocheir sinensis). Size of the 2 blocks: 1 5/8 x 2 7/8 x 1 in, Size of 4 blocks: 1 3/4 x 1 1/8 x 5/8 in. This comes in its own green box with a Detailed Educational Booklet detailing all of the species.
