HOW  TO  ORDER

Orders can be placed online using a Purchase Order or Credit Card. Purchase orders only accepted by verified schools/institutions. All other orders can be emailed to orders@nebraskascientific.com or call toll free 1.800.228.7117 Monday through Friday from 8am-430pm CST. Be sure to include billing/shipping address, payment method, item numbers & quantity, and delivery date (if applicable)

PRICE

Prices are effective immediately and supersede all previous price lists and are subject to change without notice.

Orders of less than $10.00 (not including freight) shall be assessed a service charge of $3.00.  

SHIPPING TO  INDIVIDUALS

Nebraska Scientific will ship non-hazardous products to an individual. Bacterial & fungal cultures, chemicals, and lab equipment are sold/shipped to institutions only. All individual orders MUST be prepaid with a credit card. We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

All prices are F.O.B. shipping point. Shipping is extra and will be added to your invoice. 

PACKAGING

Most preserved specimens are packed in plastic vacuum sealed storage bags and shipped in boxes. All prices include standard packaging. Other packaging, such as coolers, pails, jars or drums are available at a nominal cost. Call for pricing if you have special packaging requirements.

 

DELIVERY  DATES

All orders will be shipped promptly unless specific delivery dates are indicated. Allow 7-10 days for delivery. Delivery dates for living materials must always be given.

 

TERMS

Our terms are net 30 days from date of shipping.  An interest charge of 1.5% per month will be applied to any overdue account.

 

TRANSPORTATION

Live cultures are generally sent by Priority Mail or UPS 2nd day delivery. Live frogs and turtles are sent by air freight. All other items are generally sent UPS.

Street address is required. UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box.

UNSATISFACTORY  SHIPMENTS

Please notify us immediately of any unsatisfactory shipments at 1.800.228.7117

Live Specimens: We must be notified within 2 days of delivery receipt to be eligible for replacement/refund.

Preserved Specimens: We must be notified within 7 days of delivery receipt to be eligible for replacement/refund

All other items: Please notify us within 7 days of delivery receipt of any damage/defects to be eligible for replacement/refund. **Restocking fees may apply to books, labware, models, skeletons, etc.

Authorization is required before any items may be returned.  Call our customer service to request return approval. ***Restocking fees may apply**.
