One of our more popular budget models, this life size adult skull is an ideal fit for high school students. The skull shows suture lines, foramen, a cut calvarium, and 3 removable lower teeth (incisor, cuspid and molar), in a movable spring mounted jaw. The model features 7 rigid cervical vertebrae, the cervical spinal cord and nerve branches, and vertebral artery. It is permanently mounted to included stand.
Because of the nature of budget models, we do not recommend this model for advanced study -- It is best used for basic anatomical study, including high school and general undergraduate anatomy courses. Some anatomical features of the bones may not be as clear as in more high end models.
