IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Living organisms are shipped special delivery -
generally two-day service. Extra shipping charges apply.
Monday deliveries are not available. Weekend deliveries are also not
available.
Tuesday deliveries, which are shipped on Monday by
overnight delivery service, are available at much higher rates. Tuesday deliveries can exceed $50 for
freight alone.
Recommended delivery dates are Wednesday, Thursday,
or Friday. These would usually ship two
days prior. Orders must be received by
10am CST to be able to ship out that day.
Orders received after 10am CST will not qualify to ship that day.
Always specify desired delivery date on your orders
for living specimens.

All cultures are grown under highly controlled conditions. Cultures are checked before ship ment and are timed to arrive when you need
them.
A "per culture" is our basic unit. This size provides sufficient material for
about 30 students. Cultures are
generally provided with instructions.
Cultures are guaranteed to arrive safe and in good
condition. If
you should receive unsatisfactory cultures we will replace them if notified
within 2 days. When ordering any
living organism, state expected arrival date.
If no delivery date is given, shipment will be made immediately except
on orders received during the summer.
