Selecting the right
table for your classroom

may help you select the table that is right for your school needs.
1.
Decide upon your
dimensions. You will need to pick one for each:
Width: 48", 54", 60" or 72"
Depth: 21", 24", 30", or 42" (24" is the most common)
Height 30",
34", 36" (30" height is the most common)
2.
Decide what type of top
you require. Pick one of the three below:
Plastic Laminate Top
1.25" ARP
high pressure laminate is widely used for student science and art tables. It offers
an excellent work surface that wears exceptionally well under normal use. Plastic
laminate has superior resistance to scratching, with limited resistance to high
temperature and severe chemicals. Color: Black.
ChemGuard™
Top
ChemGuard™
incorporates the decorative features of high pressure laminate into a durable,
chemical resistant surfacing material. Tests prove that ChemGuard™ has outstanding
chemical resistance, plus significantly better NEMA wear value than competitive
laminated. ChemGuard™ even has a Class 1 fire rating. Color: Black.
Epoxy Resin Top
1" solid
Epoxy Resin is impervious to normal laboratory chemicals and heat. Its monolithic
composition eliminates the possibility of swelling, delamination, and exposure of
the substrate. It is extremely durable and completely impervious to moisture.
Color: Black.
3. Choose either of with or without book compartments
These
Diversified Woodcrafts tables include sturdy, rubber leg boots that protect
legs from damage. Along with foot
levelers, these tables include 13 gauge steel corner braces.
